Profloan was the brain child of Professor Harry Bernstein. The orginal DOS based version is still in use by many.
When Harry retired he sold Profloan to Guarde Software for a modest sum plus a case of good red wine.
Profloan was then incorporated into two Guarde Software products, FBIMS and LMS.
Profloan has evolved into this current web based application.
Profloan is accurate to 4 decimal places and resolves the most complex of solutions.
Profloan solves "backwards" for Brokerage or commission, loan amount, interest rate, residual and term.
Solutions may include an interest only period at a different rate to the principal and interest period.
