Before selecting the simple structure, ensure the correct payments start month is selected.
Available selections for simple structures are Monthly (default), Yearly, Half Yearly and Quarterly. Simple solutions are effected by the Payments Start Month.
For Seasonal and Structured, a Payment Pattern must be composed.
